The certificate provided under section 109 of the Act by the owners corporation to any person will have to include the name and address of the caretaker [s. 109 (4)].

Documents made available by the owners corporation for inspection under section 108 must include a copy of any caretaker agreement entered into or in force [s. 108 (3) (I)].
