To start a discussion or ask a question, use the box to the left (it's linked to the forum) A Majority Resolution is a motion that must be passed at a general meeting. The number of “yes” votes must be at least 50% of the lots for which persons are entitled to vote on the motion. Each vote must be written and cannot be exercised by proxy. In determining how many votes are required to reach the 50% level, do not include in the number of voting eligible lots those lots that are un-financial and also those lots owned by a company where there is no company nominee recorded.
