Developers realize that the most potent form of advertising is the quality of the completed projects. In traditional flat land subdivisions quality may be difficult to control after the developer sells the land. Developers may wish to rely on the local authority expenditures maintaining the public open space, but this expenditure is often insufficient.  Developers often during the development process supplement the local authority expenditure by their own maintenance expenditure. This is not a financial burden that the developer can or should carry indefinitely.  Community title offers a viable funding solution, and ensures that the community perpetuates the vision quality of the development team.  Marketing team can leverage of past success to support current and future projects.
