We believe that the following is a suitable base strategy for developers based on market successes in recent times:

  • Public land. Council and other authorities have responsibility.  Areas include footpaths, roads, sewers, and the majority of the parks.
  • Common property. Body corporate has responsibility.  Areas include entry statements, rainwater management systems, community hall, pool & gym, amphitheatre, private utility services, and walking tracks.
  • Private land. Owners responsible.
