Electricity. The electricity distribution network can be established as a private imbedded reticulation system. This allows the body corporate to purchase electricity in bulk and then manage the distribution of the electricity to the residential consumers. This process results in significant savings for owners. some Body Corporates successfully manage this service for a number of our bodies corporate.  It is also possible for the developer to become the owner of the network and derive a margin from the lease back of the network to the body corporate. This is similar to the common situation in major shopping centres and office towers, where the owner of the building derives a margin from the tenants for supply of the electricity.

Services for houses. These include property management, rental management, maintenance, and individual house security monitoring.

Broadband. The application of broadband is similar to the application of electricity.  It is the case that often service providers of high speed broadband will not enable a site with the expensive cable connections and black box switches because there is no guaranteed take up of the service, and subsequent revenue.

Our experience is that if the service is provided, and the residents are informed about its availability, then the take-up rate, and rate of consumption of the data, makes the provision of the service extremely viable.
