The social infrastructure that is established to complement the physical infrastructure is sustainable administratively and financially.

In administrative terms the community title governance provides a system for democratic decisions to be made. Decisions can then be implemented by the body corporate. Finally there is a system for enforcing compliance with decisions.

In financial terms the obligation to contribute to the financial requirements of the body corporate run with ownership of the land and are a charge upon the land if not paid.
