Contribution payment options are on the “tear-off” portion located at the bottom of your notice of contributions. They are:
- Pay by cash, cheque or eftpos at the post office. - The cheque must be made payable to your body corporate and not to the body corporate manager (NB. You will need the bottom portion of your notice for reference).
- Pay by phone or BPay - Call the reference phone number recorded on the bottom of your contribution notice and follow the prompts. (NB. The biller code and the 18 or 20 digit number beneath the bar code at the bottom of your notice).
- Pay by post - Tear off the bottom portion of your notice and post with your cheque to the address recorded on the bottom of your contribution notice.
- Pay by credit card if this facility has been approved by your body corporate - Some bodies corporate have approved at a General meeting that the costs associated with payments made by lot owners’ via credit cards are to be on a user pays basis.
It is important to pay your contributions before the due date to ensure that you receive your discount. Also if there is any money outstanding on your levy account at the time of payment the discount will not be allowed unless all of the outstanding balance on your levy account is cleared.
