The periodic tax invoice from the body corporate to the lot owners is called the contributions notice. The notice will provide for a "Payment Due" date.  This means that the payment must be received by the Body Corporate by this "Due Date" for payment or discounts will be lost, if applicable.  For clear funds to reach the body corporate bank account you must allow 2-3 days processing through the banking system.

Your Contribution Notice is also a reference to find your Contribution Entitlements and Interest Entitlements which are listed in the top right hand corner.
