Lot owners elected at a general meeting to govern the body corporate in accordance with the legislation. They exercise all the powers and duties of the Body Corporate between General Meetings. A committee can consist of no less than three and no more than seven lot owners. The committee positions are made up of three Executive members consisting of Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer and up to four ordinary Committee members.
