A plan for maintenance of common property area and assets with time lines and costs. Usually covers a period of ten or fifteen years. It defines elements of future periodic maintenance such as exterior or interior painting, roof replacement, lift upgrades etc. Used as a basis for assessing contributions to the sinking fund.
