Typically the by-laws will regulate

  • Noise
  • Parking
  • Obstructing others’ use of common property
  • Damaging the common property
  • Peaceful enjoyment of the common property
  • Rubbish disposal
  • Appearance of lots
  • Dangerous materials within the community titles scheme
  • Keeping of animals (with an exception for guide dogs)
  • Exclusive use and special privilege of common property attaching to lots
