The Department of Justice and Attorney General's Executive Council has approved the Body Corporate and Community Management (Specified Two-lot Schemes Module) Regulation 2011. The regulation commences on 28 February 2012.

The Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997  and the Body Corporate and Community Management (Specified Two-Lot Schemes Module) Regulation 2011 can be viewed on the Queensland Parliament website.
