The body corporate manager is appointed by a contract passed at a general meeting to provide administrative services necessary to make your body corporate function. Generally the contract appointing the body corporate manager provides for certain services to be performed each year for a fixed fee. Services over and above these are performed for an additional fee. The services of a body corporate managers are also regulated by a code of conduct prescribed at Body Corporate and Community Management Act Section 118, and Body Corporate and Community Management Act Schedule 2.
