As the committee is the executive arm of the body corporate, Stewart Silver King and Burns is the executive arm of the committee. Stewart Silver King and Burns adds value to the administration of your body corporate through the experience we bring to decision making. However, except where there is a Division 10 appointment, Stewart Silver King and Burns does not actually participate in the final decision. All decisions are made by resolution of the committee or the body corporate.
