As the committee is the executive arm of the body corporate, Your Body Corprorate Management company is the executive arm of the committee. Your Body Corprorate Management company adds value to the administration of your body corporate through the experience we bring to decision making. However, except where there is a Division 10 appointment,  Your Body Corporate Managers do not actually participate in the final decision. All decisions are made by resolution of the committee or the body corporate.
