The maximum duration of the resident manager’s contract will depend upon the regulation module applicable to the management contract. Section 118 of the Standard Module provides that the length of the contract (including options) may be no longer than 10 years from the day of the resolution approving the contract.

The equivalent duration under the Accommodation Module (Section 116 Accommodation Module) and the Commercial Module are 25 years (Section 84Commercial Module).
