Both new agreements and changes to existing agreements may be done by ordinary resolution, decided by secret ballot. The material circulated with the motion must include a copy of the proposed agreement, and if the variation is to extend, the length of the agreement, and an explanation in the approved form must also be included (See appendix ? on page ?). (Standard Module Section 122)
