You're welcome to make changes to any articles on LIS. Just click the pencil at the bottom of an article, and you'll get a web form that lets you change the contents. Hit Save page and your version is what's shown on the site (after approval of course). You can also create new section and articles! You, the owners, may make the decisions for this legal entity that is your body corporate in two ways:

  • at a meeting of all the owners - called a general meeting, or
  • at a meeting of the committee for the body corporate.

No individual acting alone can make any decision, unless they have a Division 10 appointment.
