A CMS is a Community Management Statement, all community titles schemes have a CMS. The CMS identifies:
- the scheme land;
- the identifying name for the scheme;
- the name of the body corporate;
- the regulation module applying to the scheme;
- the contribution schedule and the interest schedule lot entitlements for the scheme;
- if the contribution schedule lot entitlements are not equal, an explanation as to why they are not equal;
- the by-laws for the scheme;
- proposed future development if the scheme is to be developed in stages;
- the structure or proposed structure of the layered arrangement, if the scheme forms part of a layered arrangment.
