A CMS is a Community Management Statement, all community titles schemes have a CMS.  The CMS identifies:

  • the scheme land;
  • the identifying name for the scheme;
  • the name of the body corporate;
  • the regulation module applying to the scheme;
  • the contribution schedule and the interest schedule lot entitlements for the scheme;
  • if the contribution schedule lot entitlements are not equal, an explanation as to why they are not equal;
  • the by-laws for the scheme;
  • proposed future development if the scheme is to be developed in stages;
  • the structure or proposed structure of the layered arrangement, if the scheme forms part of a layered arrangment.
