The owners corporation must arrange for minutes of all meetings to be kept. Minutes must include:

  • Date, time and location of the meeting
  • Names of lot owners at the meeting
  • Names of lot owners who have provided proxies
  • Names of proxies at the meeting
  • The text of all resolutions of the owners corporation made at the general meeting
  • The votes on any resolutions.
