An owners corporation may adopt the grievance procedure in the model rules which are set out in the Owners Corporations Regulations or makes its own rules.
For example, and owners corporation may make a rule that states: “if you wish to raise an issue, you can make a written request for a meeting of the owners corporation or its committee”. This meeting would allow everyone to have a say on the issue and provide an opportunity to get the matter resolved before it escalates.
