Trademarks
Our brand (which includes our trademarks like the Living in Strata name and logo, and others like Stewart Silver King and Burns) is our most important asset, because it’s how you recognise us.
We need to make sure others don't use our brand without permission to protect our legal rights and ensure you're not misled or confused by others using our name. You need to be able to tell the difference between what really is a Living in Strata/ SSKB product or service or something we have recommended, and what isn't.
Generally speaking, we don't have a problem with businesses stating in their promotional material or on their websites that they sponsor in Living in Strata (but only if that's true). If you see something that looks a bit suspicious, feel free to let us know.
All Living in Strata content remains the intellectual property Stewart Silver King and Burns. We reserve the right to reproduce, edit, adapt or ootherwise use any content you upload to the site. This includes the right to sublicense to others at our discretion.
